📋 What we collect

For most of what you do in the app, we collect nothing — there is no account or sign-up required to use it. The first name you enter when you set up the app is stored only on your device so we can greet you by name; it is never transmitted to us. The one exception is redeeming a church code (see below), which sends the email and phone you enter to our server. We will never sell your information to third parties.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no ad networks and no crash reporters. To process optional Premium subscriptions, we use RevenueCat, which handles purchase validation through the App Store. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and your purchase receipt — it does not receive your name, email, or any of your discipleship data.

⛪ Church code redemption

If you unlock Premium using a church code, we collect the email address and phone number you enter and store them on our server (Supabase) along with the church code you used. We use this only to confirm your access and to occasionally contact you for feedback about the app. We do not sell or share this information. Everything else in the app — your disciples, mentors, notes, and prayer activity — stays on your device and is never uploaded.

🔐 Permissions we use

We request two permissions — Contacts and Notifications. Contacts access is used only to help you add people to your twelve spots by name and phone number. Your contacts are never uploaded to any server or shared with anyone. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device and used solely to deliver your prayer and contact reminders at the times you choose. No notification data is transmitted externally.

🔒 Your data

Everything you enter about the people in your app — names, notes, prayer logs, and interaction history — is stored exclusively on your device and never leaves it. The only exception is the email and phone you provide when redeeming a church code, which are sent to our server as described above. If you delete the app, your on-device data is deleted with it. We have no copy of it, no backup of it, and no way to recover it.

📱 Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms of Use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or any part of it.

💳 Subscriptions and billing

Premium is $2.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy — we cannot issue refunds directly.

💾 Your data is your responsibility

All of your information is stored only on your device. We have no copy of it and no way to recover it. If you delete the app, reset your device, or lose your phone, your data is permanently gone. Please keep your own records of anything you would not want to lose.

🙏 Acceptable use

This app is a tool for personal spiritual encouragement and relationship tracking. You are responsible for the information you enter about other people and for handling it with care and respect. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

⚖️ No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It is not a substitute for pastoral care, counseling, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding twelve months.

📝 Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the app develops. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Questions? Email us any time.
